Receive a 12oz bag of whole coffee beans roasted to a light roast that accentuates the individual characteristics of the coffee. 

This coffee will usually be an Ethiopian natural process coffee.

This level of roast will offer more perceived acidity and will be fruit forward. Best enjoyed without milk of any kind.
